Very nice job in dictation and presentation on this video.
I would recommend that a video be created to instruct our teams on the formatting options of the programs we use here at CCM. It appears our system uses similar formatting and this would be beneficial for those interested in the formatting process. Many minutes on multiple videos are dedicated to the formatting process and leads focus away from the true purpose of the video, in this case just the nuts and bolts of markdowns – why, when and how to execute. I believe as we continue to work with a diverse group of managers this will allow us to maintain focus on task and quick reference back to a training area that may need to be revisited in the future. Thanks again for all you do!
